Entrepreneurial Education Diagnostic Assessment
Length: 20 mins
Purpose: Benchmark the institution against entrepreneurial education standards. Institution completes self-assessment online on Tongston VIP K-12 Edm Platform. The results are instant.

What to do?:
Respond to 5-10 questions per module and explore the dimensions of Entrepreneurial Thinking, and which modules best apply to you.
Receive your institutional score against a global Tongston benchmark and access recommended solution.

Outcome: Receive a recommendations report highlighting:
Gaps in current practices.
Alignment with entrepreneurial education benchmarks.
Suggested solutions tailored to the school’s specific context based on Tongston’s modular VIP Edm platform.
Virtual Recommendations Review
Length: Within 1 Week
Purpose: Schools review the diagnostic findings and prioritize their needs.
What Next? A member of the Tongston Institute Entrepreneurial Education Faculty contacts the school virtually through the Head of School & Proprietor (where relevant / possible) to:
Discuss the report in detail.
Gather feedback on recommended solutions.
Explore preferred implementation pathways and priorities.
Outcome:
A customized plan of action is developed based on the school’s immediate and long-term priorities
Select solutions based on the plan of action.
Select applicable license
Select number of users
Engagement Confirmation, Invoicing & Payments
Length: Within 1 Week
Purpose: Invoice the client and secure payments.
What Next?:
Invoice is generated based on the number of users and selected solutions.
Payment confirms commitment to the deployment process.
A member of the Tongston Institute Entrepreneurial Education Faculty is assigned as the Engagement Officer to the school.
Commencement of customization of the relevant solution to the requirements of the school.
In-Person Engagement Kick-off
Length: Within 2 Weeks
Purpose: Launch the deployment process formally at the institution in person led by the Engagement Officer with key stakeholders.
Key Stakeholders Required: School management team: Head of School; Vice Principal Academic; Vice Principal Administration; Academic Sectional heads (Nursery, Primary, Secondary); Heads of Departments); Heads of section (administration) such as ICT and Library Leads, Facilities Lead, Admin Lead, HR Lead if applicable.
What Next?:
Discussion on the implementation of subscribed solutions and objectives.
Allocation of responsibilities among stakeholders.

Virtual Onboarding & Platform Setup
